Captain Idris Wada, governor of Kogi state has reacted to news of the death of Chief Solomon Lar.
Wada in a statement signed by his Special Adviser, Media and strategy, Mr Jacob Edi described the pioneer chairman of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party as loss to the entire nation. his invaluable contributions to national development will be missed.
"Our heart here in kogi state goes to the immediate family of late Chief Lar, the good people of Plateau State and the country in general," Wada noted in the statement.
The Kogi governor who described Chief Lar as a leader, a nationalist and a great mobilizer of people prayed God to grant him eternal rest.
