Fraud: 6 years after ICPC yet to conclude case



The case of fraud allegedly committed by one Dupe Adeyemi to the tune of N8,381,000.00 Miilion naira against the Federal Medical Center Lokoja is still pending in court after 6 years.

This case is being prosecuted in the High Court of Justice, Koton-Karfi, Kogi state since 2007 and is yet to be concluded.

The Board of Management of the Federal Medical Centre, Lokoja while reacting to the issue appreciate and commend the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) Kogi Zonal Office, Lokoja for the systematic and steady way it has been handling the case of fraud allegedly committed by one Dupe Adeyemi to the tune of N8,381,000.00 Miilion naira against the Centre.

The Board therefore appealed to the ICPC to do its best so that the case can be concluded as soon as possible, so that the matter can be put to rest.
