  1. Good afternoon
I am writing to you from Cape Town; I hope this email finds you well ?
I am helping Adverb, a PR agency, formulate a list of leading media execs and journalists in Nigeria, inviting them to the launch of BON Hotels on October 27th; an event to be held at BON Hotel Stratton Asokoro, which is the newly branded BON Hotel in Abuja, and part of the groups’ nine properties.
I am writing to ask if you are the correct person to speak to; and if you are the right person to send an invitation to - and if not, whom should we send an invitation to ?
I would need, if possible, their name, surname, title and email address so that I can send the invitation out by Friday.
I would really appreciate your assistance in this regard, if not please just disregard my email.
    Many thanks,
    Emma
